Just a friendly reminder, the speed limit thoughout Bristol Park is 10mph. We have recieved several complaints concerning speeding. Please, watch out for children at play as well as residents walking the property.
NEW LOWER RATES FOR RENTING THE GUEST APARTMENT AND THEATER ROOM
We are now offering the two bedroom model apartment for your guests to rent by the night. The price is $70 per night or $300 per week. Call the office to book your reservation.
The Theater Room at the clubhouse has now been reduced to just $40 for private parties. The Theater is also equipped to use your game system on, so you can have a gaming party on the big screen!
Pest Control comes every Tuesday. If you would like your apartment to be treated, just call the office and schedule with one of our team members.

Come by our leasing office and check out our new DVD selection for rental! We have 30 movies to choose from and there is no charge for a three day rental.

“IndianLakeVillage” and “Streets of Indian Lake” are two new shopping districts that have opened close to BristolPark. There is also a brand new Regal Cinema as well.
To get there, just turn Right on Gallatin Rd and follow the sign to get on 286 towards Gallatin. Take exit 7 and make a right at the stop sign.
